Great and lovely location including a tube station in front of the place. Positioned in the nice area. Functional, recently refurbished room with a private bathroom and a shower, a hairdryer and a bidet. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and the breakfast was great.

The staff at the reception was super nice and always wanted to help you.
The rooms were not regularly cleaned. The bed was always made but the bed linen idea the towels were not changed within 5 days. The breakfast buffet was very small and had little choice, but was delicious.

The hotel is a great value, newly decorated, and has service-minded staff. The fantastic location next to the metro station made our stay enjoyable. The exceptional service we received during our few days there greatly enhanced our experience.

A very clean Hotel Located in San Giovano which is in one corner of the city Limits in Rome where nearby street is a shopping street close to the hotel there is a supermarket and many cafeterias so all in all it was a good stay.
Some hotel staff are not so hospitality charming there are kind of in their own world not worrying too much about their guests.

Excellently situated in central part of town a few hundred meters to the nearest Metro station
Room not quite up to usual Best Western standard. Carpets appeared to be worne down and wall paper had come unstuck in places. Unpleasant odour from the toilet.

Location. It's quite easy to find, even if you don't want to use a taxi (but you have to walk about 5-7 min. from the metro station). My room was comfortable, although for the people that are bigger and taller than me it may seem a bit too small. The breakfast was good, even for the vegetarian, and there was even the library! The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful.
I didn't quite understand how was the lift working during the breakfast time - it seemed that the destination "hall" had been disabled, and I was restricted to use stairs to come down when checking out. I don't mind using stairs, I just didn't understand how the lift worked...
